Since our products are made on demand, we currently accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue

 We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Minor color or design variations

Once your request is approved, we will offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund (if applicable)
